Meetings of the Board of Directors are always open to the public and are generally held on the the second Sunday of each month.

Meetings are conducted 'virtually' using  online collaboration software. You can request an invite to an online board meeting via the Contact Us page, or you can contact the board president (see here) via their email or phone number.
